IDPs’ movement toward the northern regions continue, even if they slow down since the beginning of the year
A survey conducted on IDPs in the south and in the north, revealed that 75% of displaced households want to go back to their place of origin, while 21% would like to stay in the place of displacement.

A survey conducted on IDPs’ primary needs, shows that 45% of the IDP households expressed needs in terms of food, 18% in the form of shelter, 13% in terms of employment and 7% for transportation support.
A need evaluation conducted in villages in the northern regions revealed needs in terms of foods (71% of assessed villages) and in terms of WASH (14% of assessed villages)
